Demag Plastics Group is concentrating its world-wide injection moulding machine range to include the full hydraulic Systec machine series, the all-electric IntElect machines, and the EL-EXIS S hybrid fast-cycling machines. Through innovations and new additions, Demag will be offering one of the youngest product portfolios among all IMM builders in 2008. Thanks to far-reaching measures, the company has distinctly boosted the efficiency of its production locations.
SYSTEC
The Systec Series with the new NC5 control system was successfully launched on the market at Fakuma 2006. Initially, the series comprises the lower clamp force sizes to be successively expanded into the range of larger sizes. In particular, the Systec will replace the EXTRA, Concept and System Series.IntElect
The all-electric IntElect Series will be revised and optimised for K 2007. This machine, too, will initially be available in the lower clamp force ranges and equipped with the NC5 controller. The IntElect line, too, is scheduled to be extended to include larger sizes up to 4,200 kN.EL-EXIS
The EL-EXIS S Series, the fast-cycling machine, will be extended by the addition of numerous features and by 2008 will also be equipped with the new NC5 control system. All three series will have options added for multi-component moulding and automation technology.Automation
