Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with all areas of the business, the successful candidate will play a vital role in improving the service level and market positioning of the custom moulded machines. The key responsibility is to manage the Parts & Service team to meet the agreed company objectives in terms of revenue, profit and satisfaction.
