A new decade brings a new vision for Demag Hamilton.

Demag Hamilton Ltd, supplier of Demag and Sumitomo injection moulding machines, is changing its UK market strategy while simultaneously moving its headquarters to a prestigious new location in Aylesbury.
“Demag Hamilton has been at its current location in Aylesbury for over 25 years, and over that period the market has changed beyond recognition, in fact to such an extent, that a whole new approach is required” says Managing Director Nigel Flowers, “Covering the entire UK & Eire means there is never an ‘ideal’ single location for mould trials, training or pre-sales consultancy.” The simple answer is to take the product range “on the road”, by creating local opportunities to view and operate our equipment at regional centres in the UK. During 2010, Demag Hamilton together with its strategic partners, will create 4 regional centres, capable of running mould trials and training. Flowers adds “this then left us a problem with the existing facility at Hamilton House, which would effectively be half empty; we therefore decided to move to a newer, more modern 5,000 sq. ft location on the outskirts of Aylesbury”.
The new facility at Accent House is ideally suited for a sales and service operation, with a parts store large enough to support the requirements of both the Sumitomo and Demag product ranges, together with a state of the art presentation and conference suite. “Our new strategy, together with the move to Accent House will make a very strong impression on the UK market, demonstrating the company’s long term commitment to being a market leader” comments Flowers.
